30-Day Return Policy

At Saurinjiya™, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. If for any reason you need to return a product, you have 30 days to request a return. Of course, if an item arrives defective or is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately so that we may correct the issue.
NOTE: Only Saurinjiya™ products purchased through this site are eligible for direct return to Saurinjiya™. If you purchased through one of our Authorized Retailers, please contact them regarding their return policy.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Elective Returns (non-defective merchandise)
- The Return Process (as specified below) must be initiated within 7-days of receipt.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn and unused.
- The item must have all original tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the Return Process.

- Products Defective or Damaged Upon Receipt
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately.
- If you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item through our mistake, please contact us promptly by using the Return Process specified below.
- We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right, which may include offering return shipping, repair, exchange, or other measures to correct the situation.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@saurinjiya.com and provide your order number and any information relevant to the circumstances of the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we do not accept packages returned to us without prior return authorization.
Return Shipping Charges
You are responsible for any and all return shipping charges. This measure is in place to prevent abuse of our return policy. For your convenience and to ensure a smooth return process, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and shipping insurance covering the purchase price.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
