It's essential to thoroughly review these terms and conditions to grasp the full scope of your coverage. There are specific limitations, conditions, duties, and exceptions in place to ensure this Plan remains cost-effective for you and feasible for us.
- You must register your warranty within 30 days of purchasing for it to remain valid, otherwise it will become null and void.
2.2
This Plan is supplementary and doesn't act as a substitute for any manufacturer warranty, maintenance plan, or insurance policy you might have for the covered item. It's important to note that this isn't an insurance contract.
2.3
To maintain the validity of this Plan's coverage, you must adhere to the care, maintenance, and inspection guidelines specified in the product's warranty. These services should be carried out by:
- The original retailer or their approved representative, or
- A service center endorsed by us, the Administrator.
- In case of a claim, you'll need to furnish evidence of these services. Always keep this Plan and your Purchase Confirmation handy, as they might be required for service purposes. Your Purchase Confirmation will provide insights into the Coverage Term, potential deductibles, and other vital details that could influence your Plan's coverage.
2.4
For optimal care of your jewelry, ensure you meticulously follow all guidelines provided on our jewelry care page. https://saurinjiya.com/pages/jewelry-care

8.1
Depending on the nature of the Covered Product and the type of damage, we reserve the right to decide on repair, replacement, or settlement, all within the confines of the Limit of Liability detailed below. This Plan's coverage will not overlap with any existing retailer’s return policy or manufacturer’s warranty. During such overlapping periods, all associated costs fall under the purview of the retailer or manufacturer.
- 8.1.1 Repairs:
- 8.1.1.1 Repair parts may be new, refurbished, or non-original but will always meet the factory specifications of your product. Repair services will be provided as:
- a) Carry-In: You're responsible for delivering and retrieving the product from our authorized service center.
- b) Depot: We'll provide an address for shipping your product to our facility. Ensure it's well-protected during transit; we aren't liable for shipping damages. Repaired products will be returned at no extra cost.

- 8.1.2.1 If a product is deemed irreparable, we'll replace it (or its damaged part) with a new or refurbished unit of similar quality. The replacement might be an updated version of your original product.
- 8.1.2.2. Replacements necessitate a new Plan purchase.
- 8.1.2.3 For multi-item products, only the affected item will be addressed, with coverage continuing for the rest. Replaced items become our property.
- 8.1.3 Settlement: We might offer a financial credit, which could be a check, store credit, or gift card from the purchase location. The settlement amount will be based on the product's original price, minus taxes, delivery charges, and claim costs. Expired settlements won't be revisited.
