2. Returns & Exchanges
It's essential to thoroughly review these terms and conditions to grasp the full scope of your coverage. There are specific limitations, conditions, duties, and exceptions in place to ensure this Plan remains cost-effective for you and feasible for us.
- You must register your warranty within 30 days of purchasing for it to remain valid, otherwise it will become null and void.
This Plan is supplementary and doesn't act as a substitute for any manufacturer warranty, maintenance plan, or insurance policy you might have for the covered item. It's important to note that this isn't an insurance contract.
To maintain the validity of this Plan's coverage, you must adhere to the care, maintenance, and inspection guidelines specified in the product's warranty. These services should be carried out by:
- The original retailer or their approved representative, or
- A service center endorsed by us, the Administrator.
- In case of a claim, you'll need to furnish evidence of these services. Always keep this Plan and your Purchase Confirmation handy, as they might be required for service purposes. Your Purchase Confirmation will provide insights into the Coverage Term, potential deductibles, and other vital details that could influence your Plan's coverage.
For optimal care of your jewelry, ensure you meticulously follow all guidelines provided on our jewelry care page. https://saurinjiya.com/pages/jewelry-care
3. How to File a Claim
Should you require service or a replacement, kindly reach out to the Administrator for guidance. For a streamlined process, visit our dedicated page at https://saurinjiya.com/pages/warranty-file-a-claim.
Please refrain from returning the covered product to the original retailer or seeking service without prior authorization from the Administrator. Unauthorized interventions may lead to voided coverage under this Plan.

- Refers to the item or set of items (even if multiple pieces are sold under a single SKU) you've purchased, as detailed in your Purchase Confirmation.
- The duration your product is protected under this Plan. It commences either from the delivery date of your product or from the purchase date of this Plan (if acquired after the product). The exact dates are specified in your Purchase Confirmation. If this Plan was bought post the product's purchase, a mandatory 30-day waiting period applies. Claims made during this period, deemed as pre-existing conditions, aren't covered. If a pre-existing condition emerges during this waiting period, making the item ineligible, we'll cancel your Plan and refund the full Plan Price. If your Purchase Confirmation mentions 'Lifetime' as the end date, the coverage starts from the specified beginning date and lasts throughout the original purchaser's lifetime.
- Any applicable charges for claims. If there are any deductibles, they'll be clearly mentioned in your Purchase Confirmation.

- 188.8.131.52 For multi-item products, only the affected item will be addressed, with coverage continuing for the rest. Replaced items become our property.
- 8.1.3 Settlement: We might offer a financial credit, which could be a check, store credit, or gift card from the purchase location. The settlement amount will be based on the product's original price, minus taxes, delivery charges, and claim costs. Expired settlements won't be revisited.

Responsibility: You'll bear any fees or charges for non-covered repairs.
Limit of Liability: Throughout the Coverage Term, our maximum payout for all services won't exceed 50% of the product's purchase price (excluding taxes, delivery, and installation). Replacements end our obligations for that product under this Plan.
Expiration: This Plan concludes at the end of the Coverage Term, upon product replacement, after a settlement, or if total service costs surpass the product's purchase price (excluding taxes, delivery, and handling).
