How do I track my order?

Effortlessly track your order with updates sent straight to your registered email or phone number. You'll be notified when your order ships, complete with a tracking number and a carrier's website link, enabling you to monitor your package throughout its journey. Additionally, customers can track their orders on the "Track Your Order" page, conveniently located in the footer of our website.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is processed, anticipate domestic deliveries within 3-5 business days. Kindly note that any items marked as pre-order may takes 2-4 weeks to ship from our offices.

Do you ship to APO, FPO, or PO boxes?

We provide USPS shipping for PO Box deliveries, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate APO or FPO addresses at this time. Please be aware that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. If you choose UPS shipping during checkout, your delivery method will automatically be switched to USPS shipping. NOTE: USPS PO Box deliveries can take up to 25 days.

What if I want to edit or cancel my order?

To modify or cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team promptly. We will endeavor to fulfill your request; however, once an order is processed and shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you might need to follow our return policy for a refund or exchange. For further details on altering or canceling an order, kindly refer to our refund policy or contact our customer service team for assistance.

What is your return policy?

At Saurin Jiya, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, our streamlined return policy ensures a hassle-free resolution.

To qualify for a return, items must be sent back within 7 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns for worn, damaged, or altered products. 

If you made a purchase from an authorized third party seller then your return may only be issued by that third party. You must simply contact the store from which you bought your jewel and follow their return policy.

What is your warranty?

At Saurin Jiya, we take pride in the quality of our products and are confident you'll be pleased with your purchase. Our manufacturer warranty guarantees each item undergoes thorough inspections for durability and luster during design and production. In the rare event of damage or breakage, we provide a 14-day warranty exchange from the purchase date.

For inquiries, feel free to reach us at or 706-575-4472. Please note that our warranty excludes lost items and jewelry handled by third-party jewelers. The warranty is applicable only for items purchased directly from our website and currently does not cover international orders.

When storing your treasures, it's paramount to keep each piece separate, ideally in individual compartments or pouches. This not only ensures they maintain their shape but also drastically reduces the chances of scratches and interlinking.

Are your pieces water-resistant?

Our gold filled jewelry boasts a water-resistant quality. However, to maintain its pristine finish and longevity, we recommend removing it before immersing in water, whether it's a dip in the pool or your daily shower routine.
